Two towers, one community
Sobha Amara is planned on about 5.21 acres at Kismatpur, in the Gandipet area of West Hyderabad. Its two towers rise to G+56 floors and hold 816 apartments between them, from compact 2 BHK homes to 4 BHK residences of up to about 3,000 sq ft.
Keeping the homes in two slim towers frees the ground for landscaped parks, a clubhouse, a pool and courts, and gives the higher floors open views towards the Gandipet lakes and the western skyline.
The project was earlier referred to as Sobha Kismatpur. It is at the pre-launch stage, with possession expected by December 2029.
